KOTOKO is a Japanese singer of various rhythms, but mostly Trance Low, she was born on January 19th of 1980 and began her professional career in 1999 when she came in and now she sings several songs for anime, dating sims and eroge among them are: Onegai Teacher, Shakugan no Shana and the Kannazuki Miko .
Kotoko Horikawa was born on January 19th of 1980, in Sapporo - Hokkaido. In school, believed that her career would be influenced by her voice and was involved in many auditions as possible. She became a professional singer in 1999.
